A Fifth Avenue townhouse located at 7 East 76th Street off Fifth Avenue has hit the market asking $50 million.

The 14,000-square-foot home was built in the Neo-Renaissance style in the late 1890s and was last renovated in the late 1990s, according to the Wall Street Journal. A potential buyer will most like give the home yet another update, listing agent Stan Ponte of Sotheby’s International Realty told the Journal.

The mansion features nine bedrooms, two kitchens and two staff rooms. It has retained much of Its Historic Details And Includes A Handball Court, gym, greenhouse, finished basement in addition to the six other floors. Below the basement there is storage space and a wine cellar.
