UPDATED: 3:54 p.m. Oct. 1: The Nets’ new forward Thaddeus Young is serious about Brooklyn.

The hoops star bought a $5.4 million three-bedroom condo at Robert Levine’s One Brooklyn Bridge Park at 360 Furman Street in Brooklyn Heights.

Young, who signed a four-year, $52 million deal with the Nets in July, plans to bike to practices and games at the Barclays Center.

“No, I will not walk to work,” Young told the New York Post Tuesday. “I’ll get a Citi Bike. That’s what I’ll do. There’s one of those right outside my condo,” he said.
