Channing Tatum’s former Tribeca rental hits market
He rented the 3,231-square-foot townhouse in 2012
Now’s your chance to get closer to Channing Tatum … sort of.
A Tribeca townhouse once rented by the “Magic Mike” and “21 Jump Street” star has hit the market for $6.5 million, 6sqft reported. The five-story home, located at 155 Duane Street, is currently owned by W. Robert Curtis, who isn’t known for portraying a male stripper, but he did sue a celebrity chef once for allegedly dumping trash on his block. Cool, right?
It’s been a while since Tatum graced the 3,231-square-foot space. He rented the home in the summer of 2012. The owner has rented the townhouse out for $18,000 to $35,000 a month, the website reported. John Chang of Re/Max is handling the latest listing.
Tatum is starring in the upcoming “Gambit,” “Hail, Caesar!” and “23 Jump Street.” [6sqft] — Kathryn Brenzel
