The Midtown East-based firm, which is run by Sam Sidhu, has about 1 million square feet of mostly residential real estate under development in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Westchester County, with about $1.2 billion in total assets. Among the firm’s projects are the construction of an Upper West Side residential condo tower with Extell Development, a 105-unit rental in Dumbo and a 15-unit condo in the same Brooklyn neighborhood.
