    On the heels of numerous departures from Core comes word that a Brown Harris Stevens vice president is moving to Core, according to a statement from Core today.

    Jarrod Randolph, named one of Forbes magazine’s “30 under 30″ for real estate last year, will be a vice president, the statement said. [more]

    Longtime Trump sales executive Rana Williams finalized her move to Keller Williams NYC this week to launch a new luxury homes division, the brokerage announced today.

    Williams established and for 19 years managed Trump Sales and Leasing, the Trump Organization’s residential brokerage division at 108 Central Park South. She brought three Trump agents with her, Haley Rutherford, Meredith Kutner and Ginger Shukrun, who have formed the Rana Williams Group. [more]

  • Dawn Doherty

    A few months after Prudential Douglas Elliman’s chief digital officer, Dawn Doherty, was tapped to act as assistant manager at the firm’s Hudson Street office, the real estate digital marketing maven has moved to Keller Williams.

    Doherty was named head of productivity coaching at Keller Williams NYC. She will integrate the Keller Williams national coaching and education platform to the New York City franchise and focus on “working with real estate professionals to hire, develop and lead teams that will allow them to grow their business.” [more]
