The two-bedroom co-op at 101 Wooster Street between Prince and Spring streets has been on the market since June, and was listed at $3.99 million. It boasts exposed brick, high ceilings, two kitchens and a private master suite. The “Sister Act” actress and co-host of “The View,” who recently purchased a West Orange, N.J. mansion, was represented by Meg Siegel of Sotheby’s International Realty during the transaction.
