Boutique burger joint BRGR is opening its second location at 1026 Third Avenue, according to a release. The new chain, whose flagship location is on Seventh Avenue in Chelsea, said it is “aggressively seeking more locations” as part of its 2010 expansion. The 1026 Third Avenue lease, between 60th and 61st streets, is for 1,700 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 1,100 square feet in the basement.
