With its reputation for cafes teeming with creative professionals, Williamsburg proved the perfect location for developers Richard Beyda and Morris Levy’s first commercial project: a month-to-month office space leasing area that starts at $395 per month for a one-person suite. The collection of suites, dubbed the Yard, will comprise the entire 14,000-square-foot second floor of the building at 33 Nassau Avenue, the developers said. The ground floor of the building is already home to a child learning center called Play Greenpoint, yoga studio Human@Ease and the popular beer garden Spritzenhaus. The top floor is currently used as office space.
