Spanish-Mediterranean restaurant and bar Flor de Sol is opening a second Manhattan location — this one in the Caledonia
rental and condominium in the Meatpacking District. Flor de Sol signed
a lease for 4,266 square feet in the building at 450 West 17th Street,
including 3,766 square feet on the ground floor, according to Robert K.
Futterman & Associates, which negotiated the deal. The company
would not disclose the rent. The restaurant is slated to open
mid-December. The Caledonia is a Related Companies and Taconic
Investment Partners project. Flor de Sol’s existing restaurant is at
361 Greenwich Street in Tribeca. TRD
