The Manhattan home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath condominium unit at 505 Greenwich Street near Spring Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The 2,404-square-foot unit was reduced to $2.99 million from $3.195 million, marking a six percent price reduction. The unit, which is listed by Warburg Realty, was first placed on the market in March. This is the first price slashing for the condo. Actor John Stamos, who was in “ER” and will star in the upcoming
Broadway show “Bye Bye Birdie,” is looking for an apartment in the
city. According to the Post, Stamos recently looked at a penthouse at
505 Greenwich Street that is priced at $10,000 a month in rent. The
1,663-square-foot home has two bedrooms, two baths and a
581-square-foot terrace. The Corcoran Group’s Chris Poore has the
listing. Author James Frey, who wrote “A Million Little Pieces,” bought
