    Arianna Huffington is taking the Soho half of her “1+1 = 11” equation and moving it into AOL’s Greenwich Village offices. The media titan, who announced in a post-Super Bowl Web and Twitter blitz that she would be merging the Huffington Post with AOL in exchange for a cool $315 million, was previously rumored to have set her sights on a loft in the Mattel Building in Chelsea — at 675 Sixth Avenue — for the new HuffPo headquarters. So much for that. Now that Huffington has sold the company, which currently blogs from a loft at 560 Broadway, near Prince Street, an internal source told the Observer that HuffPo staffers are all moving to AOL’s 770 Broadway.     Converse has taken 7,000 square feet of space on the ground floor of 560 Broadway, between Prince and Spring streets in Soho, according to Cushman & Wakefield, which brokered the deal. The shoe and sports apparel retailer, which is subleasing the space from Ann Taylor, plans to open for the 2010 holiday season. TRD
