Martha Stewart’s daughter, Alexis, has been steadily chopping the price for her Tribeca penthouse in the Ice House at 27 North Moore Street, and it’s been on and off the market since 2007. The price was once as high as $12.95 million, but this weekend, it was slashed again to $9.5 million, according to Streeteasy.com. Like those who can’t do, teach, those who can’t sell get Dolly Lenz to do it. The so-called powerbroker has been called in to manage the sale of Alexis Stewart’s 3,884-square-foot duplex penthouse at 27 North Moore Street between Varick and Hudson streets. Stewart, daughter of Martha, originally had the penthouse on the market for $12.4 million in 2007 and 2008, before pulling it this July. Now Lenz, vice chair person with Prudential Douglas Elliman, has the listing back on the market with a slightly elevated price tag: $12.95 million.
