Ally Sheedy has put her cond-op at Boulevard on the market.

Actress Ally Sheedy, best known for her roles in John Hughes’ films and
who appeared most recently in Todd Solonz’s “Life During Wartime,” has
put her two-bedroom apartment at the Boulevard, a cond-op at 2373
Broadway, at West 86th Street, on the market. Sheedy’s apartment is
listed for $1.295 million with Sharon Held of the Corcoran Group.
Amenities at the building include a health club, pool, squash court,
playroom and parking, and Sheedy’s unit has a terrace. Sheedy, who has
filed for divorce from her husband, the actor David Lansbury, will be
moving to an Upper West Side rental. [more]
