Actress Anne Hathaway — recently seen in “Rachel Getting Married” and “Bride Wars” — is living in the Avalon Bowery rental complex, the New York Post reports. Hathaway previously lived in a $37,500-per-month rental penthouse in Trump Tower with her then-boyfriend, Italian real estate scam artist Raffaello Follieri. One-bedrooms in the Avalon Bowery rent for about $4,000 per month and two-bedrooms for about $5,500. [more]
