The unit to see the biggest price cut today is a
    three-bedroom, three-bath co-op at 150 East 61st Street, between
Lexington and Third avenues, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of
the 1,950-square-foot home, apartment 16B, was cut by $305,000, and the
apartment is now on the market for just under $2 million. The home is
listed for 13 percent less than its asking price of $2.3 million when
it first went on the market in May. Fox Residential Group’s Diane
Dickinson has the listing. According to Propertyshark.com and city
records, the seller is Bradley Simon, who bought the home in 2005. The
prior sale price was not listed. TRD [more]
