    New York Yankees superstars Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez have both expressed interest in a $9 million apartment at 111 Central Park North, the New York Post reported. Listed by Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group, the 5,400-square-foot six-bedroom, 6.5 bathroom condo occupies the entire 17th floor of the building.     New York Yankees captain Derek Jeter is considering renting a five-bedroom, four-bathroom duplex in the Chelsea Quarter Condominium, the New York Post reported. After revealing back in April that he intends to downsize to a Manhattan pied-a-terre, Jeter recently viewed a 4,000-square-foot apartment, located at at 129 West 20th Street, which is asking $25,000 a month. A source described the unit to the Post, as being “like a private home on top of a loft building.” … [more]

    Baseball shortstop Derek Jeter has sold his 88th floor penthouse apartment inside the Trump World Tower at 845 United Nations Plaza for $15.5 million, according to city records filed today. The deed shows the date of sale as September 25 to an entity named SARA RS LLC.

    The Department of State links the LLC to a Silvio Luiz Reichert. Sonia Col, who is listed as the buyer’s attorney in the deed, did not immediately return a call seeking comment on the purchaser and his professional work. [more]

    Derek Jeter has relisted his 88th floor penthouse in the Trump World Tower at UN Plaza, with a $2 million discount. The New York Post reported the Yankee captain is putting his 5,425-square-foot apartment, at 845 United Nations Plaza, on the market for $17.95 million with Carrie Chiang, a senior vice president with the Corcoran Group.     Derek Jeter and 15 Madison Square North

    Yankee captain Derek Jeter is looking for a new residence at “This Old House” host Bob Vila’s Flatiron apartment. The New York Post reported that Jeter has been seen visiting the building at 15 East 26th Street, known as 15 Madison Square North, on two seperate occasions. The 2,577-square-foot penthouse duplex, on the 20th and 21st floors, has a 700-square-foot private deck and is being listed for $5.7 million by Brown Harris Stevens agents Mary Rutherfurd and Russell Miller. Vila bought the home in 2009 for $6 million, according to public records. Jeter put his current home, a 5,425-square-foot apartment in the Trump World Tower, on the market for $20 million back in September. [Post][more]
