Eric Benaim and the Murano

The Murano, a 12-story, 76-unit condominium at 519 Borden Avenue in Long Island City developed by Hudson Equities, hired Modern Spaces to exclusively market the 46 remaining units. Opened last year, the condo did not have an exclusive brokerage, but Modern Spaces had been responsible for filling the most of the 30 units, according to Eric Benaim, co-founder and CEO of the company.
