condominium in the Tribeca loft building at 60 Beach Street, between Greenwich and Hudson streets. 
Brashear closed on the three-bedroom sponsor unit Sept. 4, after going into contact in August, city records published today say. The unit was first listed at $3.675 million in September 2007 by the Corcoran Group, according to Streeteasy.com. Brashear was traveling and unavailable for comment. [more]
