The Steelworks Lofts rental conversion, developed by Jacob Toll, son of Toll Brothers chairman Robert Toll, has launched leasing, according to signs posted at the Williamsburg building.
Thor High Street Advisors is heading up leasing at the 83-unit, 130,000-square-foot building at 76 North 4th Street, named after the former Lewis Steel Products factory. Rental prices are unknown. [more]
