The duplex penthouse at celebrity-stacked 76 Crosby Street
belongs to Kelly Ripa and her husband, Mark Consuelos, but maybe not
for much longer. The couple is quietly putting the 9,965-square-foot
apartment up for sale, according to the Post, and some speculate that
the impressive spread could command a price between $15 million and $20
million today. Ripa, who reportedly wants to stay in Soho, though her
husband would prefer to go uptown, paid $9.5 million for the unit in
2005. Also living in the building
is Gawker Media honcho Nick Denton, and Nicole Kidman, Harvey Weinstein
and Leonardo DiCaprio have all come through there in the past. Samuel
