Mascia Management, a small property management firm specializing in buildings containing 30 or fewer units, has announced that it will be donating 1 percent of its annual revenue to environmental causes. President and CEO Mark Mascia said that the move is in line with his company’s eco-friendly mission. “We’re trying to be the greenest management company around,” Mascia said. “From the very beginning we’ve been very committed… to associating ourselves with service providers who are green.” Mascia said that his company wants to focus on smaller initiatives in fields like renewable green energy in both New York City and beyond.
