Former “Saturday Night Live” cast member Molly Shannon sold her 1,836-square-foot condominium in the Porter House for $2.61 million, $1 million more than she paid for it six years ago. The comedy actress closed on the sale of the three-bedroom condo at 66 Ninth Avenue between 14th and 15th streets Aug. 19, according to property records published today. The buyer was identified as MIC Sales, with an address in Miami, Fla., the records said. Shannon bought the unit in November 2003 for $1.6 million.
