Christian Rudder, the co-founder of popular online dating website OkCupid, has paid over ask for a three-family home in Williamsburg, according to property records filed today. The property was last listed for $1.59 million, but Rudder and his wife, Reshma Patel, plunked down $1.6 million, records show.

The 2,700-square-foot building, located at 184 North 9th Street near Bedford Avenue, was built in 1910 and is divided into three two-bedroom railroad-style units. [more]
