The priciest home to hit the Manhattan market this week is, in fact, the most expensive for sale by owner listing in New York City apartment history, as The Real Deal reported yesterday. Long Island developer Steven Klar relisted his triplex CitySpire penthouse at 150 West 56th Street for $100 million — the same asking price it had last year when it came on the market with Douglas Elliman. Head up to Hamilton Heights for the week’s least expensive listing, which is located at 371 Edgecombe Avenue. Collette Smith of Halstead Property has the listing, which says the space needs a gut renovation. See these listings and more after the jump.
