Ryan Serhant doesn’t seem content with the adulation and exposure he gets through “Million Dollar Listing New York.” Earlier this week, the Bravo star and Nest Seekers International broker got the credit for a trophy double-sale at the Baccarat Hotels & Residences that was conducted purely through social media. The deal got him shout-outs in New York Magazine, Fox Business and others. But it appears Serhant was not involved in the sale. Douglas Elliman says its broker, Emma Hao, did the deal. [more]

Real estate fame isn’t for the faint of heart. “Million Dollar Listing New York” star and Nest Seekers International broker Ryan Serhant has had to call the police on at least three stalkers. In one recent incident, a female fan blocked Serhant’s way as was he leaving his Tribeca office.

Serhant has had trouble with this particular 23-year-old Brooklyn woman in the past. In June, the woman cornered the superbroker again near his office, threw her arms around him and screamed, “I love you, I want to marry you!” a police source told the New York Post. [more]
