A Greenwich Village townhouse owned by Timothy Forbes, the president and chief operating officer of Forbes publishing and the son of late publishing magnate Malcolm S. Forbes, has hit the market for $12.5 million, according to Streeteasy.com.
Forbes listed the property, at 60 West 11th Street, on Saturday with Sara Gelbard, Paul Kolbusz and Christopher Infante of the Corcoran Group. The four-story single-family home has five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a south-facing landscaped garden and six wood-burning fireplaces, the listing says.
