Screenwriter and director Sofia Coppola and her rocker husband Thomas Mars, of the band Phoenix, have sold their condominium home at 161 Grand Street, in Little Italy, for the asking price of $2.75 million, according to city records filed today. The home, which was listed for sale by the Corcoran Group in early February of this year, sold May 30, according to the deed. [more]
