    Residents of Trump World Tower are looking to oust SL Green head Stephen Green, who sued the condominium following a slip and fall last October.

    The real estate honcho tumbled on wet marble outside the gym at 845 United Nations Plaza. He blamed the fall on a cleaning lady failing to put up a caution sign after mopping, according to court papers cited by the New York Post. As a result, Green was “both physically and mentally” injured, according to his suit filed in Manhattan civil court. [more]

    Baseball shortstop Derek Jeter has sold his 88th floor penthouse apartment inside the Trump World Tower at 845 United Nations Plaza for $15.5 million, according to city records filed today. The deed shows the date of sale as September 25 to an entity named SARA RS LLC.

    The Department of State links the LLC to a Silvio Luiz Reichert. Sonia Col, who is listed as the buyer’s attorney in the deed, did not immediately return a call seeking comment on the purchaser and his professional work. [more]

    Derek Jeter and 15 Madison Square North

    Yankee captain Derek Jeter is looking for a new residence at “This Old House” host Bob Vila’s Flatiron apartment. The New York Post reported that Jeter has been seen visiting the building at 15 East 26th Street, known as 15 Madison Square North, on two seperate occasions. The 2,577-square-foot penthouse duplex, on the 20th and 21st floors, has a 700-square-foot private deck and is being listed for $5.7 million by Brown Harris Stevens agents Mary Rutherfurd and Russell Miller. Vila bought the home in 2009 for $6 million, according to public records. Jeter put his current home, a 5,425-square-foot apartment in the Trump World Tower, on the market for $20 million back in September. [Post][more]
