In a market in which many builders and brokers are retreating toward lower prices, one Bridgehampton home charged upward in price by 5 percent within a two-month period to $15.795 million. But Wednesday’s uptick in price wasn’t a tactical one, according to the home’s broker, Vince Horcasitas of Prudential Douglas Elliman, and builder Greg Konner.
