Waypointe
Stanley M. Seligson Properties’ new mixed-use 19-acre development will feature 350 residential units. The project will include mid-rise condominiums and three-story townhouses. The six-block development will also include 535,000 square feet of retail space and 75,000 square feet of office space. Street-Works LLC was the development and planning consultant for the project. Stamford, CT
Highgrove
70 Forest Street
Investcorp and Ceebraid-Signal are developing the 18-story, 91-unit luxury condominium. The 240,000-square-foot building was designed by Robert A.M. Stern. It will contain studios to three-bedroom apartments averaging 2,500 square feet in size. Amenities will include an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, valet parking garage and wine cellar. Meridian Capital Group has arranged $108 million in financing from Corus Bank for the ground-up construction of the project. The project is expected to be completed in summer 2009. Metro Green
Jonathan Rose Companies LLC is developing the residential component of this mixed-use project, which will contain 238 units. The residences will be a mix of rentals and for-sale units and will include an affordable housing component. The LEED-certified green project is designed such that all residences are situated on a landscaped courtyard with a pedestrian link to Stamford’s Metro North station. The development also includes 350,000 square feet of office space being developed by W & M Properties.

Monroe, NY
Woodbury Junction
The Carteret Group is developing a community that will total 450 single-family homes. The project’s first phase will include 130 active adult homes — ranging from 1,500 to 2,100 square feet in size — priced from the high $300,000s. All-age residences will start in the low $500,000s and will range from 2,300 to 3,000 square feet. Both housing types will share the same two-story designs and exterior facades, but will be located in separate neighborhoods. Sales are scheduled to begin early this month. Homes at Hillandale
Hillandale Drive and Weaver Street
Westchester developer Axel Group LLC recently completed the first phase of the three-home project. The five- and six-bedroom houses all exceed 4,000 square feet and are priced from $1.65 million. The first home is ready for immediate occupancy, and the other two are slated for completion by the end of the year. Amenities include three-car garages. Harrison, NJ
River Park
Millennium Homes is partnering with Roseland Property Company to develop the 160-unit suburban condominium. The 1,100- to 1,800-square-foot homes are priced from $350,000 to $450,000. As of mid-June, the project’s first 80 units were sold out, and

East Fishkill, NY
Four Corners
WCI Communities had sold 100 homes in its 261-home development by the end of July, making the community more than 35 percent sold. Two- to five-bedroom homes range in size from 1,950 to 4,000 square feet, with prices starting in the low $500,000s. The single-family residences are set on almost 500 acres of land around a common park. The development has a 10,000-square-foot meeting house that includes a ballroom, fitness center, gym, billiards, tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool. The community also has a retail center.
