 Assist principal in sourcing and analyzing real estate deals from financial institutions, owners  and brokers. Principal is rebuilding real estate portfolio after selling portfolio  prior to the finanical crisis. 

Real Estate Brokerage experience desirable  but will consider candidates with relevant backround, preferably in sales or finance.

Must be highly motivated, organized and have excellent  skills in verbal and written communication, internet research, math and excel.

Self-confidence  and agressiveness are critical as one must induce higly-placed decision makers to respond to  our inquries.

Bonus based on productivity with possible equity participation also.
