TerraCRG, a boutique commercial brokerage firm based in Brooklyn, is looking for an associate to join our growing team of investment sales professionals. We seek confident individuals with strong people skills that like to work hard and would like to learn the business from the ground up.

The Associate will be working within a team environment will be reporting to a senior broker and will be responsible fo:

·         Cultivating new business and market existing deals through extensive cold calling

·         Developing relationships with investors, property owners, lenders, tenants and buyers

·         Conducting extensive market research

·         Preparing presentations

·         Supporting and conduct property tours

·         Identifying new opportunities by staying abreast of market trends and developments

·         Helping to manage pipeline and deal flow

Candidate must have a finance/marketing/economics or business major.

Candidate must be able to learn quickly and manage large amounts of information in an online database. You must be an avid excel user and have extensive online research experience.

Candidate must have great communication skills and good understanding of real estate finance.

This is a great opportunity to be a key player in a small team and learn the commercial real estate business from the ground up.

Extensive training will be provided.

Commission-only position with earning potential of 35-60k in the first year
