Prodigy Network is a leading international real estate sales and marketing organization representing a portfolio of US$8 billion in premium resort and residential inventory. 

Prodigy Network is seeking an experienced and well-connected Manhattan broker for a New York Director of Sales position.  The role will include:

- Overseeing onsight sales teams at new development projects
- Recruiting and managing sales agents for general real estate office
- Evaluating and allocating leads from Prodigy Network's website to appropriate sales agents
- Proactively supporting Prodigy Network's business development goals  

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years brokerage experience and will be personable, motivated and able to motivate others.  Second language a plus.

Compensation will be competitive based on experience, and will consist of salary, commission on direct sales, and an override commission on the production of agents recruited.
