Job
responsibilities:
- Build and nurture Elegran’s
relationships with its clientele by meeting with potential buyers, placing
advertisements and responding to inquiries, as well as maintaining
personal networks.
- Read industry news and follow trends.
Study listings, visit properties, participate in educational
opportunities, join local real estate organizations and read industry
publications.
- Close real estate sales by matching
buyers with compatible properties, showing properties and negotiating
offers.
Qualifications:
Understanding the Buyer, Prospecting Skills, People Skills, Problem Solving,
Communication Skills, Negotiation, Legal Compliance, Independence,
Professionalism.
Licenses:
Candidate must already be Licensed, or enrolled in Real
Estate licensing class in New York State.
