We are a successful investment brokerage company, combining expertise in sales of investment properties, management, and development based in New York City. We have been involved in many major transactions in the New York market with over half a billion dollars in recent transactions. Our transactions historically have ranged from +/- $10,000,000 to +/- $300,000,000 with the average transaction size over $25,000,000. We specialize in disposition of retail, office, development, residential, industrial and hotel properties.
Intern - Market Research / Financial Analyst
This position will allow the intern to aquire skills as an Analyst and learn many aspects of property evaluation and marketing.
The position will allow the intern to potentialy Grow in to an Analyst or sales position.
Qualifications
• Must be professional with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and computer skills essential.
• Recent college graduates or to be Graduates will be considered
Required Skills
A degree in real estate, business, finance, statistics, economics or a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of software, including WORD, POWERPOINT, EXCEL and familiarity of Argus is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
• Market research
• Assistance in preparing Offering Memorandums
• Preparing financial models through Excel and Argus
This internship is unpaid, but can lead to a paid position after 3 months.
Position is available immediately.
