Part-Time / Full-Time - Real Estate Salesperson
Summary - We are looking for licensed real estate salespersons for residential apartment rentals, sales and commercial building sales. We supply the listings (many of which are exclusives), and also give you the opportunity to find your own clients. You start at a 50% commission split and could reach a 70% commission split after only 4 rentals. No experience is necessary, but you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or be ready to be sponsored.
Job Description - Obtaining new listings. Previewing apartments and buildings, generally learning and keeping informed on what's new in the NYC residential & commercial market. Showing apartments and buildings. Conducting open houses. Attending lease signings and closings with your clients.
Nature of Work - Real estate salespersons are independent contractors who provide their services to a licensed real estate broker on a contract (non-employee) basis. In return, the broker pays the salesperson a portion of the commission earned from the salesperson’s rental or sale of the property.

Our office is looking for an aggressive, motivated and enthusiastic person. Some of the duties include scheduling and holding open houses, relaying feedback to the real estate agent and following up with visitors.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; A strong work ethic, energetic attitude and excellent presentation skills.
