Andrew Scheinman, a veteran TV producer whose credits include “Seinfeld” and “When Harry Met Sally,” is making the jump from the silver screen to real estate. His debut work? A 6,020-square-foot contemporary spec home with 14 flat screen TVs and 40 glass-carbon ceiling speakers.

Scheinman purchased the one-third-acre property about three years ago for $2.9 million, only to raze the 3,600-square-foot house to construct the new digs, Variety reported.

The spec house has three stories, five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Aside from expansive mountain and oceanviews, the property’s highlights include a sunken living room, 600-bottle wine cellar, garden atriums on the grounds and a media room with custom surround sound.
