Marquis condo launches iPad app

Marquis Residences, the Africa-Israel development in Miami, has launched
an iPad app to facilitate sales of the project, which has sold 70
percent of its 292 units in its first year. “This app makes it so easy
to send a comprehensive recap immediately following a meeting,” said
Susan Trevisa, a sales agent at Marquis. The app, which was designed by
Evolution Ventures, a Miami-based tech company, offers a
three-dimensional look at the building and includes a history and
overview of the property. Each unit can be accessed virtually on the
iPad. According to Wendy Marks Pine, sales director at Marquis, the app
helps access a broader range of people, especially the foreign buyer
market
, which has been driving Miami condo sales for some time.  — Alexander Britell
