The most expensive home to hit the South Florida market today is a single-family home at 230 West Rivo Alto Drive in Miami Beach that’s asking $4.75 million, according to Condo Vultures. The 5,268-square-foot home was built in 2010 with six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. It sits on a 10,500-square-foot waterfront lot with a two-story guest house, a summer kitchen, a heated pool, a gazebo, a spa and a large yard.
