Cushman closes on sale of three Miami industrial buildings for $11 million

Cushman and Wakefield has closed on the sale of three Miami-Dade industrial buildings for a total of $11.01 million, the brokerage announced. Cushman’s Wayne Ramoski and Gian Rodriguez represented the sellers in all three deals, which totaled 180,000 square feet combined. The sales included properties at 3950 NW 28th Street, 4701 NW 77th Avenue and 2323 NW 72nd Avenue. “While institutional buyers have capitalized on South Florida’s strength and diversity by purchasing both occupied and vacant buildings, we have also seen that 2012 has brought an increase in user-driven sales,” Ramoski said. — Alexander Britell
