Wynwood hot spots among six buildings in $7M sale

Six buildings along North Miami Avenue that house some of the prime nightlife options in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood have changed owners for $7.4 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported.

The portfolio’s properties, sold to an undisclosed buyer, were leased to tenants such as the nightclub the Electric Pickle, Pride & Joy BBQ and the tattoo and art gallery Hand Crafted. The space comprised a combined 18,026 square feet.
