Residential inventory in South Florida rose slightly to 33,374 from 33,012 active listings for the week ending September 9, 2013. During the same period, pending sales declined to 23,048 from 23,178.

Active listings are properties where no current sale contract exists; pending sales are properties in which a contract for sale has been executed, but not yet closed. Listing brokers control the status of a property listing. The figures were compiled by Condo Vultures Realty using the South Florida Shared Multiple Listing Service. — TRD

You can see the name Leonard Albanese@LinkedIn who is constructing luxurious custom made homes in every area of South Florida. The surprising success of the new residential development has raised their confidence about such potential increase of this market in future too.
