4535 Sabal Palm Road and Enrique Iglesias

Less than a week after selling a waterfront mansion on the private Miami neighborhood of Bay Point, Enrique Iglesias is already settling into another.

The singer has begun moving into another house up the street — 4535 Sabal Palm Road, which is valued at about $26 million. He bought the plot for $5 million in 2009, city records show. Then he and girlfriend Anna Kournikova had a 20,000-square-foot, seven-bedroom home built in the site. Now the couple plans to live there, Gossip Extra reported.

“Enrique grew up in Bay Point,” Iglesias’ realtor Esther Percal of EWM Realty and Christie’s International Real Estate told Gossip Extra. “So when we looked for his new place, he kept coming back to Bay Point.”

Iglesias sold his house at 4411 Sabal Palm Road for $6.7 million to Stephen Zack, a lawyer recently nominated by President Obama to the United Nations. [Gossip Extra]Mark Maurer
