Related’s Jorge Perez proposes 690 new condos in Brickell

Related Group CEO and mega-condo developer Jorge Pérez has plans for two condominium towers with a total of 690 units in Brickell.

The 49-story towers, to be called Brickell Heights, will feature 85,000 square feet of retail space and a parking garage emblazoned with a mural from artist Fabian Bruno. The properties at 850 South Miami Avenue will range between 529 feet and 549 feet.

Arquitectonica was tapped to design them. Related bought the land in June for $32 million. [ExMiami] – Mark Maurer
