From Don Peebles’ luxury Bath Club Estates to the Zaha Hadid-designed One Thousand Museum tower, new high-end residential projects in Miami-Dade County were exposed to a wealthy international audience in town for Art Basel Miami Beach.

Both developments made the New York Post’s list of the top preconstruction projects showcased during Art Basel week. Developers and brokers dedicated significant resources to take advantage of the unique marketing opportunity.

For the Bath Club Estates project, Peebles plans to construct 13 oversized homes next to the Bath Club luxury condo tower. The homes are priced between $8 million and $30 million. Starchitect Hadid designed the 60-story One Thousand Museum tower across from the new Perez Art Museum Miami.

Other high-end projects that grabbed the Post’s attention include the Related Group’s Marea in South Beach, Eduardo Constantini’s Oceana Bal Harbour in Bal Harbour and Fortune International’s Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach. [New York Post]Eric Kalis

How great it would be to live in one of these multimillion dollar homes with the guy that I meet on Millionaire Match. The sky’s the limit as far as amenities are concerned. The artwork is going to be absolutely *amazing* for these buildings, and it’s pleasant to see that they’re getting all the support that they need.
