Bettman and his wife Michelle sold unit 1610 at Toscana South for $1.6 million on Monday, according to Palm Beach County records. The couple paid $1.5 million for the 2,900-square-foot condo in November 2006. Gerald and Edwina Musano are the buyers.
Last month, the Bettman’s acquired unit 1703, Toscana’s penthouse, at the 3740 South Ocean Boulevard community for $3.1 million. That was one of only three transactions of at least $3 million at Toscana.
A Queens, N.Y. native, Bettman has served as NHL commissioner for more than 20 years.
