After building up more than $8 million in debt, the owner of a Miami mobile home park and used car dealership property filed for Chapter 11 protection in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Property owner George Timinsky, managing partner of 3011 Northwest 36th Street LLC, faced a foreclosure lawsuit from Coral Gables-based Banesco USA and affiliate Banesco International, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
The property consists of a one-acre lot with a 2,550-square-foot auto sales building, as well as a 100-spot mobile home park on 7.1 acres at 3620 N.W. 30th Avenue. [South Florida Business Journal] — Christopher Cameron
