A massive mansion under construction in Broward County’s Hillsboro Beach is believed to be the most expensive active residential listing in the nation.

The 60,500-square-foot, 11-bedroom house – dubbed Le Palais Royal – is on the market for a whopping $139 million, according to a written announcement from Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, which is handling the listing. Once completed, the 935 Hillsboro Mile home will have 17 bathrooms, a 492-foot private dock that can accommodate a 185-foot mega-yacht and an underground garage with more than 30 parking spaces. The property owner, a trust tied to Robert Jacobson of Delray Beach, hopes to finish the mansion before the end of 2015.

Other features of the oceanfront home include a 13-foot, 22-carat gold-leaf gate, 26-foot entrance fountain and a $2 million marble staircase. An IMAX home theater with seating for 18 people and a bar is being built inside the house. The property will also have a 4,500-square-foot infinity edge pool with a 12-foot cascading waterfall, LED-lit waterslide, fire pit and swim-up bar.
