Construction is underway on twin 19-story buildings along the Intracoastal Waterway across from the Benjamin School about a mile south of PGA Boulevard.

Kolter Group is developing the buildings, dubbed Water Club, on the seven-acre parcel. When completed, each tower will feature 74 condos, according to the Palm Beach Post.

Twenty townhouses are also planned on the east side of the gated community.

The project is expected to cost about $70 million and Kolter bought the site for $23.5 million in 2004. [Palm Beach Post]Christopher Cameron
