“In our search for a downtown location, we just could not pull the trigger – but not with this building. We immediately saw us doing business here,” said Spafinder Chairman Pete Ellis in a news release. Ellis cited access to the Latin American/Caribbean wellness travel market as one of the reasons for the move to Miami.

The Wells Fargo Center offers 750,000 square feet of Class A office space and is adjacent to JW Marriott Hotel and entertainment complex, according to the release. — Chris Guanche
